MLO GOLD™ and MLO PLATINUM™ members will receive 1 pair of MLO® shoes every month. The shoes will be sent out within 7 business days of your most recent payment and the exact style and color will remain a mystery until you open them at your house each month.

Keep in mind, monthly shoes are meant to be fun and exciting with a bit of luck involved, therefore, they can not be returned or exchanged for another pair. If they don't fit, please contact your VIP Concierge to change the size on your account for the next month's shipment.

Feel free to pick something up, try it on at home, and if you don't like it, we'll pay for the shipping back to our warehouse and send you out another pair of something else free of charge. Priority Fulfillment

Priority fulfillment is pretty straight forward. If we ever get backed up in our warehouse where it's taking longer than normal for us to package and send out products, your order will skip the line and get sent out before anyone else's! This especially comes in handy around the holidays and could be the difference between the "perfect gift", or the "late gift".

Priority Support

Similar to Priority Fulfillment, Priority Support means you skip the line. Whenever you reach out to us via email, either through the VIP concierge or general customer support, your ticket will be prioritized over other tickets no matter how backed up the queue might be. You can expect a response within minutes instead of hours.

Guaranteed Access to New Drops/Releases 

All members will have guaranteed first access to new drops/releases before they go live to the public.

MLO GOLD™ and MLO PLATINUM™ members will have a chance to receive upcoming unreleased products as their monthly shoe for 2-3 months before they are available to members for direct purchase. After the product has been available for member purchase, the product will be released to the general public. Once the product is released to the general public, we can no longer guarantee they will still be available for members.

Can I buy a product from the MLO PLATINUM™ Catalog?

No. All products in the MLO PLATINUM™ Catalog are unavailable for purchase and are only obtainable through a monthly MLO PLATINUM™ Subscription.

MLO PLATINUM™ members are also unable to purchase items from the MLO PLATINUM™ Catalog. They must receive them at random through their monthly shipment.
